So 2018 is here and I already have a long list of books coming out this year that I can’t wait to read. But, here are the ten books I am mostly looking forward to:
BRING ME BACK by B.A. PARIS – This is an author I really have come to love in 2017 and Bring Me Back is her third novel. I was lucky enough to get my hands on an early copy and I read it in less than two days. Finn’s girlfriend, Kayla, disappeared mysteriously twelve years before and was never found. Now, Finn leads a quiet and normal life with his new fiancée, Ellen, until he starts to receive emails and hints that show that Kayla may still be alive.
ANATOMY OF A SCANDAL by SARAH VAUGHAN – Two women, Sophie and Kate, completely different but linked by one man. Sophie’s husband, James, has been accused of a crime and Kate is the prosecutor trying to send him to prison while Sophie stands by her husband. This is a captivating novel about issues that unfortunately are too frequent at the moment.
THE WOMAN IN THE WINDOW by A.J. FINN – Anna Fox hasn’t left her own home in ten months and she spends her days watching the neighbors from her window. But one day she sees something that she shouldn’t have seen…

THE CHALK MAN by C. J. TUDOR – Eddie and his friends use chalk men as their secret codes until a chalk man leads them to a body. Years later, a chalk man turns up again to disrupt their lives.
LAST TIME I LIED by RILEY SAGER – I really loved this author’s debut novel so I am looking forward to this new novel. Emma’s friends went into the woods and never came back. Years later, Emma goes back to the scene.
YOU THINK IT, I’LL SAY IT by CURTIS SITTENFELD – A collection of short stories by the author of American Wife and Eligible (a modern retelling of Pride and Prejudice) which I loved for the author’s brilliant writing.
LET ME LIE by CLARE MACKINTOSH – Anna’s parents both died of suicide just a few months apart, but Anna is not so convinced about their death and she starts to dig into a past that maybe she should let lie…
THE FAVORITE SISTER by JESSICA KNOLL – A popular reality show features five women, each with their own secret and things only get worse when the show ends up with a murder.
THE DEATH OF MRS WESTAWAY – This is the fourth novel from another amazing author (her previous novels In A Dark Dark Wood, The Woman In Cabin 10, and The Lying Game are must reads).
